PRIVACY

How we handle your information.

ARJD is run by Alex Davidson. For questions about your information, email hello@arjd.ai.

Browsing the public site

The public site does not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts. Operator sign-in uses a session cookie. Hosting systems may log technical details, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service.

When you send an enquiry

The contact form stores your email address, message and selected areas of interest in the website database. It also records your IP address and browser details to help prevent abuse. Please leave out passwords and sensitive customer information.

Your enquiry is used to respond and discuss your request. It is not sold, rented or added to a marketing mailing list.

When you apply for a job

The careers form stores your answers, contact details and any CV you upload on the website server. It also records your IP address and browser details to help prevent abuse. Your application is used only to consider you for roles at ARJD and is never sold or shared with recruiters.

Application details may also be sent to Alex through Telegram notifications and email, so copies may exist there too. You can ask for your application to be deleted at any time.

Email and Telegram

Enquiry details may be sent to Alex through Telegram notifications. Email correspondence, and any enabled email notifications from the form, are processed by the email services involved. Copies may therefore exist in email or Telegram as well as the website database.

Client projects

For each project, we agree what system access and information the solution needs, and which external AI or software services it will use. We can arrange a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before you share confidential information.

Access, correction and deletion

To ask for a copy of your information, correct it or request deletion, email hello@arjd.ai. We will explain what can be removed from the enquiry database, emails and notifications, and any records that need to be kept. You can ask how long your information will be kept before sending it.
