- Free. An initial conversation and written recommendation, with no obligation to go ahead.
- The build
- A fixed price for the agreed work. The quote includes the timeline and identifies any separate software or AI usage costs.
- Ongoing support
- Optional monthly support. Your quote explains what’s covered, the fee and how to cancel each month.
Before building, we agree how to assess the result using measures relevant to your process, such as handling time, manual steps or errors.
